1/2 cup water
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1-2 lemons)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (for a golden color, optional)
2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
