For the Fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into strips
Salt to taste
2 cups of vegetable oil for frying
Optional: paprika or garlic powder for seasoning
For the Dipping Sauce:
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Optional: a dash of hot sauce or chili powder for spice
