Hatch Chile Relleno Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or Texas toast works well)
1 tablespoon butter (for spreading)
1-2 Hatch chiles, roasted, peeled, and sliced (you can use canned if needed)
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
