Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preparing the Marinade
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lime zest, and lime juice. Whisk until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Marinating the Salmon
- Coat the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure to coat each fillet evenly.
- Marinate: Allow the salmon to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
