Step 1
– Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, but NOT all the way through! -Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and paprika. -Mix the broccoli with peppers, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan, garlic and a little more salt and black pepper.
Step 2
– Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheese mixture. -Heat the oil in a frying pan.-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

-Fry both sides of the chicken in the hot oil. – Place chicken on a baking sheet. -Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the broccoli, peppers, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and minced garlic and season with salt and pepper.Step 5
Stuff the chicken with the broccoli mixture.
Step 6
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 7
Fry the chicken breasts on both sides and place them on a baking tray.
Step 8
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
