Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, basil (if using), oregano, and salt. Mix well.
Arrange the dinner rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Using a brush or spoon, generously coat the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the rolls, if desired, for an extra cheesy touch.
Bake the rolls for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fragrant.
Serve warm, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
