2 cups cooked rice or mashed potatoes (for serving)

Instructions:
Season the Steak:
Rub the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
Let the steaks rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Cook the Steaks:
In a hot skillet, sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust time to your desired doneness.
Add butter to the skillet in the last minute of cooking and spoon over the steaks.
Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
Add shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink.
Add lemon juice and toss to coat.
Serve:
Serve the Cajun steak and shrimp over rice or mashed potatoes.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Helpful Tip: For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp while cooking!
