1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan.
  2. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula or hand mixer until the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
  3. Place the cheese mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. This will make it easier to shape into mini cheese balls.

2. Prepare the Coating Ingredients
