INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 190°C. Grease a baking tray with butter.
Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until brown and falling apart. Get rid of excess fat.
Add the roasted onion and garlic paste to the mixture and minced meat. Cook for 5 minutes until the onion is soft and tender.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef mixture, roasted potatoes, cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, cream of mushroom soup, milk, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and distribute evenly.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and cheese is bubbly and brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
If necessary, brush with fresh cutting oil and serve hot.
