1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup eggnog
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
