1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
Whisk all fajita seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onions and bell peppers, season with half the fajita seasoning, and cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Remove peppers and onions from the pan and set aside.
Lay steak strips on a cutting board, sprinkle with remaining seasoning, and top with peppers and onions. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Heat the remaining oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook steak roll-ups for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Sprinkle with parsley/cilantro and green onions. Enjoy while hot!
