Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Sauté aromatics: Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add green beans: Add the green beans to the skillet and pour in the beef broth. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender-crisp.
Create the sauce: Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Mix well until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season and serve: Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
