Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Meats: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and crumbled pork sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add Pepperoni and Seasoning: Stir in the chopped pepperoni, 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, and flour. Mix until everything is well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Combine with Sauce: Pour the tomato basil pasta sauce into the meat mixture and stir until well combined. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
Layer the Casserole: Pour half of the meat and sauce mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat.
Add the Dough: Unroll the pizza crust dough and cut it into strips or pieces. Layer the dough over the cheese and meat mixture.
Top with Remaining Mixture: Pour the remaining meat and sauce mixture over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top, along with the grated Parmesan cheese and the remaining 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning.
Bake: Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy your Ultimate Meat Lover’s Pizza Casserole warm!
