 Luscious Strawberry Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

🍓 Prepare the Strawberry Mixture:
1.In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and vanilla bean seeds.
2.Cook over medium heat until the strawberries soften and the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

🍶 Create the Custard Base:
3. In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream and milk until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
4. Whisk egg yolks in a bowl. Gradually pour the hot cream mixture into the yolks, whisking constantly to prevent curdling.
5. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.

⏳ Chill & Churn:
6. Strain the custard through a fine sieve into a bowl and allow it to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until completely chilled.
7. Churn the cold custard in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

🍓 Add the Flavorful Twist:
8. During the final minutes of churning, gently fold in the strawberry mixture for a burst of fruity goodness.

❄️ Freeze & Enjoy:
9. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm, approximately 2-3 hours.
