Instructions:
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Coat the Waffle Cones:
Dip the edges of each waffle cone into the melted white chocolate.
Roll the dipped edges in crushed Oreo cookies, ensuring even coverage.
Place the cones on parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
Assemble the Cones:
Fill each waffle cone with the Oreo cheesecake mixture using a spoon or a piping bag for neatness.
Top each cone with additional crushed Oreos for garnish.
Add the Drizzle:
Drizzle melted white chocolate (and dark chocolate, if using) over the filled cones for added decoration and flavor.
