Pumpkin Flan Recipe – Creamy Caramel Delight

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
¼ cup (60ml) water
For the pumpkin flan:
1 can (14 oz or 400g) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz or 360ml) evaporated milk
4 large eggs
1 cup (240g) pumpkin puree
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
