 Reuben Open Top – Would You Serve It or Leave It?

2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp horseradish sauce
Instructions:
Make the Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and horseradish sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
Prepare the Bread: Top each slice of rye bread with salt beef, gherkin slices, and Swiss cheese.
Grill to Perfection:
Heat an ovenproof, non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add butter and let it foam.
Add the prepared bread slices and cook for 1 minute.
Place the pan under the grill for about 4 minutes or until the base is crisp and the cheese is bubbling.
Serve: Plate and serve with a spoonful of the dressing on the side. Enjoy!
