  • INSTRUCTIONS: 
  • 1st Step – In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. And shape the mixture into oval-shaped patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
  • 2nd Step – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
