Ingredients
4 chicken scallops 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 minced garlic Juice of 2 lemons Zest of a lemon 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon honey Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Season chicken scallops with salt and pepper. Browning the scallops in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side, until well cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey and the rest of the olive oil.
